A referral from someone they already know and trust — such as a teacher, neighbour, family friend or youth worker — can help us make sure a child doesn’t miss out on the joy of receiving a gift this holiday season.

You don’t need to know everything. Simply tell us what you can, and why you think the child or family could benefit from a little extra care.

We’ll review every referral sensitively and discreetly. You can remain anonymous, and not every child or family we support will be visible on our public lists.

How it works

1. You make a referral
Tell us about a child or family who may benefit from receiving gifts this holiday season.

2. We review it carefully
We consider every referral with care, dignity and respect.

3. We make contact discreetly
Where needed, we’ll gently confirm the details with the family or someone supporting them.

4. We arrange the gifts
Once a referral is confirmed, we’ll make sure the gifts reach the child or family in time for the holiday season.
